The FDA has reported growing concerns over the manufacturing quality of McNeil Consumer HealthCare’s facilities. McNeil, the producer of many over-the-counter medications, has been frequently cited for unsatisfactory inspections. In February of this year, both McNeil Consumer HealthCare and Johnson & Johnson, McNeil’s parent company, were warned by the FDA to correct the problems noted by FDA investigators.

McNeil is telling customers to trash the recalled product, but if you're able to find the area of their website where you can request a refund or a coupon to use in the future (which is not easy to find), guess what you're required to have? Yep, information printed on the bottle you just threw away. Such a ripoff.
